Based on higher education in Psychology Elizaveta started her career as a Psychologist in 2010. Since 2013 Elizaveta is working in Human Search as Consultant. She specializes in executive search, headhunting, management consulting. She has a broad experience in executive search for international companies. The portfolio of Elizaveta includes successful search and placement of candidates for strategic positions in senior management as well as narrow middle management positions.
In executive search projects Elizaveta is oriented in bringing added value for clients’ business by making successful placements. She has a deep understanding of international business needs and requirements for employees which is based on her wide international experience: it includes a wide range of projects which Elizaveta performed in direct cooperation with decision makers in HQs in countries such as Sweden, Finland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, France, Czech Republic for placements in Russia, CIS, Eastern Europe and Middle East. This experience in combination with studies and frequent private visits to Switzerland makes Elizaveta a truly international consultant.
