Karine graduated Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI", Public Relations Faculty. From the university she knows how to lead effective communications with different types of people. She also was trained by Towson University and showed ability to work in international environment.
Karine started her professional career in a Finnish recruitment company in Russia in 2009 as a Researcher. In 2010 Karine joined Human Search as an Associate.
Showing excellent results in placing top candidates Karine became a Consultant in 2011 and in 2012 she was honored “Best Consultant of the year”.
Karine is used to ensure full coordination of recruitment process in close interaction with hiring managers and Hr. She has wide expertise in placing candidates for different positions in Russia and the CIS. As a Consultant, Karine provides service-minded approach to ensure long-term relationship.
Having strong negotiation skills and being always in close cooperation with hiring managers, she helps clients in finding best candidates. Karine speaks fluent Russian and English.
