Starting her professional career in a Finnish recruitment company in Russia, Kristina made rapid progress to the position of Consultant and in 2010 she continued in Human Search. She has acquired extensive experience in Executive Search and Recruitment since 2005. As Team Leader in Human Search, her tasks consist of managing and supporting the whole consulting team along with running her own top management projects as Senior Consultant. She has obtained proficiency in the elements building the recruitment process including research, headhunting and interviewing over many years. Kristina has placed over 500 successful candidates in top and middle management roles within international companies not only in Russia but also in Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Switzerland. A long experience in working in an international environment is evident in her profile. Kristina truly enjoys finding the best-fitting candidates for her clients in order to maximize the effectiveness of their business.
